Engaging Dads: Seeing Their Strengths

Because of preconceived ideas that fathers represent a problem for families, sometimes risk assessment is valued over strength assessment. However, fathers do know how to parent; fathers do know how to nurture. Instead of believing that dads are a liability, we need to understand that they are an asset.
